Dr. Rachael Knight
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Rachael is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Infertility Specialist. She has previously been head of the Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Clinic at The Women’s Hospital and held responsibility for the infertility management of patients attending the Chronic Viral Illness clinic also located at The Women’s Hospital. Rachael has been working in IVF since 1999 and remains actively involved in clinical research hoping to reduce the burden of fertility treatment upon her patients.

Rebecca is a highly experienced obstetrician and gynaecologist known for her thoughtful, personalised approach to fertility care. She places each patient’s overall wellbeing at the centre of treatment, combining clinical excellence with a holistic philosophy to ensure patients feel supported, informed, and empowered throughout their fertility journey. She has extensive expertise in fertility treatment, including IVF, IUI, and ovulation induction (OI), as well as endometriosis, PCOS, premature ovarian insufficiency, same-sex family building, the reproductive impact of high-intensity sport, andrology, and male infertility. An experienced laparoscopic and endometriosis surgeon, Rebecca provides evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s individual needs and goals. Rebecca is also the co-host of the fertility-focused podcast, Fertility Untamed podcast.

Sylvia is a highly experienced specialist in Women's Health with over a decade of dedication to helping individuals and couples manage complex gynaecological conditions. She serves as the Clinical Lead of the Public Fertility Service at Western Health and is a consultant at The royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne. Her services encompass all aspects of fertility as well as gynaecological conditions and surgery. Beyond clinical care, Sylvia is a passionate advocate for patient education and support, co-hosting the podcast Fertility Untamed.

COUNSELLORS
Offering compassionate support throughout the entire journey, our counsellors provide a safe, confidential space to explore emotions and help manage the ups and downs of the fertility process.
