Dr. Rachael Knight
Rachael is a Consultant Gynaecologist and Infertility Specialist. She has previously been head of the Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Clinic at The Women’s Hospital and held responsibility for the infertility management of patients attending the Chronic Viral Illness clinic also located at The Women’s Hospital. Rachael has been working in IVF since 1999 and
remains actively involved in clinical research hoping to reduce the burden of fertility treatment upon her patients.

Dr. Rebecca Mackenzie-Proctor
Rebecca has worked extensively across both public and private fertility services throughout Australasia and remains actively involved in research. She has broad expertise in managing complex fertility and gynaecological conditions, including all aspects of fertility treatments (IVF, IUI and OI), endometriosis, PCOS, premature ovarian insufficiency, same-sex family building, the reproductive impact of high-intensity sport, andrology, and all aspects of male infertility. She is an experienced laparoscopic and endometriosis surgeon with a strong focus on preventative and holistic care—particularly preconception health optimisation and egg freezing. Alongside Dr Sylvia Ross, she co-hosts the Fertility Untamed podcast.

Dr. Sylvia Ross
Sylvia is a highly experienced specialist in Women's Health with over a decade of dedication to helping individuals and couples manage complex gynaecological conditions. She serves as the Clinical Lead of the Public Fertility Service at Western Health and is a consultant at The royal Women's Hospital in Melbourne. Her services encompass all aspects of fertility as well as gynaecological conditions and surgery. Beyond clinical care, Sylvia is a passionate advocate for patient education and support, co-hosting the podcast Fertility Untamed.

Working to help individuals and couples build families, our scientists analyse eggs, sperm and embryos - performing delicate laboratory procedures to the highest standards of safety and quality. Their expertise guides treatment decisions and maximises the chances of a healthy pregnancy.
COUNSELLORS
Offering compassionate support throughout the entire journey, our counsellors provide a safe, confidential space to explore emotions and help manage the ups and downs of the fertility process.
